I am deeply drawn to the vibrant hues of nature - the golden yellow of sun drenched hayfields, the deep green of verdant pastures and the myriad shades of a setting sun . These colours find their way into my artwork, serving as a vivid backdrop that mirrors the warmth and brightness of my childhood experiences.

Textures play a pivotal role in my work . The roughness of weathered barn wood , the softness of newborn animal fur , and the grainy feel of dry hay are all sensations etched into my memory . I strive to translate these tactile experiences into my work , creating pieces that are not only visual but also sensory journeys back to those idyllic days .

My work is deeply personal , yet I believe it resonates with others who share similar experiences . The depiction of rural life , the emphasis on natural elements, the celebration of simplicity - all these aspects make my art relatable to those who have tasted the sweet nectar of country life.
