This is an original Painting - 18x24 - mixed media, buried under 1/8" of high gloss epoxy resin, on 18 gauge hand manipulated sheet metal.

The techniques used combine to stimulate the viewer with a holographic effect with the movement of light.  This effect is one of a kind and cannot be duplicated and is only present in the Original Painting.

The base for the 3 seals was done using silver leaf which shimmers and refracts light, on top of the holographic background.

Permanently mounted in a live edge float frame hand made by the artist. This frame is engineered to support 50 lbs+. The outside dimension with the frame is 24x24.

Inspiration: Scattered across North America's Atlantic coast. These playful mammals may tug on your leash as they swim by and like to pop their head up and say hi while you're in the lineup.
