“She was in a Heart Chakra mood”

Hooked in the Heart Chakra colours of pink and green, with a yellow (Solar Plexus Chakra) wet felted face I was experimenting with a more contained hairstyle, with emphasis on the textures in the pink background. Sometimes when my heart is heavy I find working in the Heart Chakra colours very soothing.

Mixed media on linen using hand-spun, commercial & recycled yarns & fabrics. Mounted on artist canvas with dust cover, ready to hang.
