Gail Heinze, native to Nova Scotia, is an award-winning fibre artist whose work embodies the beauty and fragility of her home province. After studying wet-felting techniques with internationally acclaimed artists, Gail expanded her skills through experimentation and self-learning. 

 Her latest body of work, On the Brink brings our attention to Nova Scotia's landscapes in peril.  Proceeds from this collection will go to the Ecology Action Centre to support their work in protecting our special places.
