Gary, the Eastern Wood-pewee

Gary, the Eastern Wood-pewee, is perched on a branch watching for insects to forage on.  Gary is a bit shy and sticks to the forest edge and natural forest clearings.  He likes lakes, rivers and wetlands, too!  Gary does not care for roads, or developments ... too much noise, too many people!!!!  When Gary gets tired he will fly up to his nest built in one of the tall trees close by.  Let's hope Gary gets everything he needs because he is a vulnerable species in Nova Scotia.
