Early Winter

Wet-felted and needle felted using merino fibre, hand/dyed margilan silk, cotton, and silk fibres. 
 First snowfalls... everything is fresh and white...brooks bubble through the fragile edges of ice... the trees hold delicate bundles of fluff. Then a patch of warm weather washes it all away. 
I love a walk through the woods on that first snow day!
