The First Bouquet In the Spring  

My mother had 6 children under 8 years old and the spring dandelions were the flower of choice for Mama.  When I was age 7, the last child, making 7 children, was born.    So you can only imagine how many cups, jars, vases, and glasses held the offerings of love. Honestly, when were gone she used to pick her own she missed them so much…maybe she really only missed the kids.
