I wanted this piece to capture the feeling of solitude that’s more about peaceful presence than loneliness. There’s a kind of focused calm in standing “on the edge of quiet,” where the noise fades and a deeper observation takes over.  It is a small invitation to pause and listen—to lean into the quiet with attentive eyes and surprise yourself with what you find waiting there.
