Sunset Skate (15" x 30")

Sunset Skate captures a young player making the most of the fading light. There’s joy in the glide, the scrape of blades, and the freedom of having the ice to himself. With no boards, crowd, or scoreboard in sight, this is practice shaped as much by love of the game as ambition. This painting may be capturing a current life moment, or it might be a fond reminder of days past.
