Creating this piece held a particular charm for me. The Halifax Sail GP race, with its sharp contrasts between the sleek, vibrant Team Canada boat and the enduring presence of the MacDonald bridge, made for a dynamic subject. Capturing that interplay gave me the chance to explore how natural elements and human-made structures coexist—at times in harmony, at others in playful tension.
